1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Winngo ("Winngo", "we", "us", "our") — the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://winngo.cam ("Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing and using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

Winngo operates under an international gaming licence. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is accessible to eligible adults aged 21 years and above. Users based in Malaysia are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under their local laws prior to accessing this Platform.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

You are eligible to register and maintain an Account on Winngo only if you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Winngo strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all real-money gambling activities in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to internationally licensed operators.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of Winngo or any of its associated entities.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where accessing or using this Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not already hold another Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated by Winngo for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Winngo will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify Winngo's customer support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or through error — will be closed without notice. Any Bonus Funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Real money balances held in duplicate accounts are subject to review and may be returned to the original payment source at Winngo's discretion.

4.3 KYC Verification

Winngo reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

Winngo accepts deposits via the following channels: FPX (Financial Process Exchange via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), DuitNow transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC).

• Minimum deposit: RM10 (or equivalent in the chosen payment currency), unless otherwise specified per payment method.
• Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Winngo does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees, for which Winngo bears no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of blockchain confirmation. Winngo does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• A Player's KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–60 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing enhanced review.
• Winngo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests. Requests may be temporarily held pending verification without constituting a refusal to pay.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Winngo offers various welcome bonuses and ongoing promotional offers to eligible registered Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds and any accrued winnings.
• Winngo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting system errors — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Winngo's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and time limits are stated within each individual promotion. Players are advised to review these terms carefully before opting in to any promotional offer.

8 Betting Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, and other wagering products available on the Winngo Platform are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by product-specific rules accessible within the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Winngo does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where Winngo's own error is the cause.
• In the event of obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors"), Winngo reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its absolute discretion.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to change without notice up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are final.
• Match results and event outcomes are determined by Winngo's approved results verification sources. Protests or disputes regarding official results must be submitted within 72 hours of the settlement date.
• Mix Parlay bets — popular among Malaysian football bettors following Liga Super Malaysia and EPL — are governed by standard accumulator rules. If one leg of a Mix Parlay is voided, the overall parlay is recalculated as if that selection were never included.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Winngo Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering or any activity designed to circumvent anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Intentional exploitation of software errors, bugs, or malfunctions for financial gain.
• Use of VPN, proxy, or other technologies to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Conducting transactions using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at Winngo's customer support team or other Players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Winngo Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of Winngo or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Winngo. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winngo, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or Platform downtime beyond Winngo's reasonable control.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the Platform, including sports statistics, odds, or game outcomes.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses caused by account misuse or security breaches attributable to your own negligence.

Winngo's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Closure & Suspension

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting Winngo's customer support team. Any real-money balance at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Winngo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion if it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users. In the event of a closure for cause, Winngo may withhold all or part of the Account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

13 Responsible Gambling

Winngo is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: The Platform will issue notifications when a Player's gaming session reaches a user-defined duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion through the customer support team. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

Winngo processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to Winngo's data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Winngo implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect Player data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials and must notify Winngo immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Winngo holds its gaming licence. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Winngo does not hold, and does not claim to hold, any licence issued by a Malaysian regulatory authority. Users in Malaysia access this Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with their applicable local laws regarding online gambling. Winngo makes no representation that the Platform or its content is lawful, appropriate, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

16 Amendments to These Terms

Winngo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Non-material changes (including typographic corrections and clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure immediately.
